Marketing and Communication Manager

Job Description:

ICTGlobe Management is currently looking for a Marketing and Communication Manager. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated marketing strategy as well as conveying the organization’s internal and external messages.


  • Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee all aspects of the marketing, from print to digital, social, and PR.
    • Manage the overall marketing budget and ensuring that funds are used appropriately.
    • Delivers accurate and timely reporting on key metrics to internal stakeholders and review deliverables and campaign performance to improve campaign results.
    • Manage corporate branding and CI.
    • Manage ICTGlobe Managements product brands and services.
    • Co-ordinate and take responsibility for Event Management. This includes, but is not limited to, planning and execution of Roadshows to key business partners.
    • Be responsible for the planning, preparation, creation, and implementation of all media, social media, and website content.
    • Be responsible for all aspects of communication both internally and externally.
    • Devise, develop and implement marketing material, promotional material, and training material.
    • Develop client and partner categories, for clients and partners to benefit on the growth that they bring to ICTGlobe Management
    • Research and positioning of ICTGlobe Management to all stakeholders through website, media management, public relations and brand management.
    • Maintain detailed competitor information that include product features, costs, pricing, production and sales volumes and all other relevant information for existing competitors and new entrants.
    • Conduct market research using a variety of techniques, such as surveys, and provide the company with updated market and industry information in terms of size, segments and market requirements.
    • Stakeholder Management – coordinate management conferences and the CEO staff meetings.
    • Develop and present presentations when required for use at Exco and Executive meetings.

Required Experience:


  • 8 – 10 Years’ senior management experience
  • Experience in an ICT Environment will be preferable.


  • Essential: Degree in Marketing
