Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Period:

   The competition will run from 1 December 2023 to 30 November 2024. All eligible participants must ensure that their billing data for the month of November 2024 is accurate and submitted by the specified deadline.

2. Eligibility:

   To be eligible for the competition, participants must be active partners as of November 30, 2024. Any changes to account status or billing information after this date will not be considered for the competition.

3. Measurement Criteria:

   The competition will be measured based on the billing information at the end of November 2024. Participants will be evaluated on the growth, efficiency, or other relevant metrics as specified in the competition guidelines.

4. Scoring Method:

   The scoring and ranking of participants will be determined by ICTGlobe based on the criteria outlined in the competition guidelines.

5. Prizes:

   Prizes will be awarded to the top-performing partners as determined by the competition criteria. The nature and value of prizes will be communicated to winners at the time of announcement.

6. Winner Announcement:

   The final winners of the competition will be announced in December 2024. The announcement will be made on the ICTGlobe website, official social media channels, and through direct communication with the winning participants.

7. Notification of Winners:

   Winners will be notified through the contact information provided in their account details. It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that their contact information is accurate and up-to-date.

8. Publicity:

   By participating in the competition, participants agree to allow ICTGlobe to use their names, company names, and competition-related achievements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Decision Finality:

   All decisions regarding the competition, including but not limited to scoring, disqualification, and prize distribution, are final. No appeals or disputes will be entertained.

10. Executive Decision:

    The ultimate decision on all matters related to the competition rests with the executive team of ICTGlobe. Their decisions are final and binding.

11. Modification or Cancellation:

    ICTGlobe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition or any part thereof if circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to force majeure events, compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the competition.

12. Governing Law:

    This competition is governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to the competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.

By participating in the competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these additional terms and conditions.
