Please Note: By Signing the form you are signing a 6-month contract with ICTInternet.
Cancellation before the 6 months will result in a fine of R3,500. The client will have the option of downgrading or cancelling after 6 Months.
All payments are to be made before the 3rd of every Month. (Please use your invoice number or account no as a reference to avoid confusion during payment allocation.)
By signing you acknowledge the above as well as all hardware installed is Property of ICT Internet. Lightning damage and theft of equipment while in the client’s position are not covered by warranty and will be charged to be replaced.
